- Subject to Board Approval – All memberships are subject to Board Approval and will be presented for approval at the next regular Board Meeting.
- Cancellation and Refund Policies – All resignations must be received in writing by the Club Administrator prior to the effective resignation date. Initiation fees and membership dues are non-refundable.
- Payment Requirements – Monthly dues payments are due by the 10th of the month. Payments that are 30 days past due will incur a $25 late charge.
- Dues Increases & Assessments – Dues may increase at any time during the year as per Board Approval. Property Tax Assessments are assessed to all Certificated Memberships in the amount of $150 on March 1st and September 1st annually, for a total of $300.
- Rules of Play – All golfers must check-in at the Pro Shop prior to play. Junior Golfers must complete an orientation before first play. Play begins on the first tee unless otherwise directed. Further rules to follow are in the Member Handbook.
- Acceptance/Release – I acknowledge the conditions of membership stated above, for myself and on behalf of my family and/or guests included in my membership, if any. I hereby release Peninsula Golf Club, Inc., its agents, servants, and employees from all ordinary negligence, including all claims for injury, illness, death, loss or damage which may result from participation as a member. I acknowledge collection fees assessed for non-payment of dues or fees associated with my membership will be in addition to dues or fees accrued on my account.
Reciprocal Information:
To book a reciprocal time you must call the Pro Shop 360.457.6501. Members pay the price of a power cart. The Pro or Staff will set up the time for you at the course you request to play at. All the courses, except Gorge Vale, require a power cart rental (two for each foursome).
